In general, orders can be finished within minutes, at most 2 hours.
Only if the realm is down, so overcrowded that we cannot log in, or around the time of large patches, might we be forced to delay by circumstances we cannot control.
If, for exceptional reasons, we take over 6 hours to deliver, you will get a 10% gold bonus to your delivery.
If you do not authorise your payment, or you do not give us your character name for delivery, we cannot deliver until you do so. If this happens, we will deliver as fast as possible after you complete these steps.
